You don't need to register. you just need to enter the email adress and passwordat the top of the questionnaire page and your id at the bottom. You are registered already. When you have entered these details it will say questionnaire submitted . Hope this helps x

Background questions are at the bottom of the test page after test c3. Its called janine ellerker background questions, Its a questionnaire asking questions about your age and dyspraxia. hope this helps.
