I find this so hard. Anything that requires assembly - Ikea flatpack etc - or anything that requires sonnection - plug wiring, lightbulb changing etc - I can't do. But what really helps is writing it down. Forgot verbal instructions or natty little diagrams, when it's in words on a page, it gets eas...

Liz - my boyfriend's ex-air force... so yes, miracles do happen! He's great at cleaning the cooker, but no so hot at organising the bills. Ah well, can't have it all ;-)

Caffeine on prescription... great idea O:) But I think that cheaper public transport would be the big one for me. Definately. Or at least a subsidised bus/rail scheme that covers everyone unable to drive for whatever reason...

8-[ Does anyone else here really struggle with the so-called basics of housework? (eg hoovering, getting the bins out, cleaning the fridge out, ironing etc)

Or am I just procrastinating that much-needed scrub of the bathroom? :-$
