always leave a gap cause spilling hot drinks on you hurts!!!
also my closest friend knows not to overfill it casuse i will spill it the worst one is when in Starbucks etc as they overfill it

I'm the family baby and dyspraxic but My brother who is the eldest is dyslexic and dyspraxic and though it isnt been formally diagnosed we are convinced my father is dyscalculic if not dyspraxic aswell and from conversations we have had it also seems thet my mum's brother and his little boy are aswell

I cant do it either! eyeshadow_ use a small amount and a small brush, then it doesn't go all over. foundaation_ dont bother use a little bit of solid facepowder and dust it over gently Lipstick use a pale or clear one - it shows less if you smudges eyeliner_ i dont know i hate it i always poke my ey...
