Hi My son has dyspraxia and has reported a very similar symptom. He reports dizzy spells for years since a child, hated being on ships, fairground rides. Still gets strong dizzy spells occasionally when going to bed . Sleep is main issue. When he goes to sleep his eyes flutter like in REM sleep ...
