I label cupboards, keep tools in one spot, and break jobs into tiny steps. Setting timers helps me not get overwhelmed, and I ask a friend to double-check anything fiddly.

They’re super handy for cooking, and they don’t need much fuss—just a sunny spot and soil that doesn’t get soggy. Once they’re growing, they pretty much take care of themselves.
