Dyspraxia can be really tough to deal with. I used to struggle with coordination too, and it was frustrating trying to keep up with everything. What helped me was breaking tasks down into smaller steps and using reminders to stay organized.

Honestly, if there was a way to lessen the struggles that come with dyspraxia, I’d totally be open to it. It can be super frustrating, especially with things like coordination and organization. But at the same time, I’ve learned to adapt and find my own ways to manage it.
